Founder member CA (RV) Gyan Aggarwal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2002. He completed B.Com.(Hons.) from Dyal Singh College (E), Delhi University. He is an IFRS diploma holder from ACCA (U.K.), He has completed the Certified Course on Valuation conducted by ICAI. He is a member of IBBI Registered Valuer-Securities & Financial Assets.

He has over 20 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Direct Taxation, International taxation, Indirect Taxation, Auditing, Internal Auditing & Special audits, Cost Management & Cost Control/Analysis, Profit analysis & leverages, Project Management, Performance assessments, System Development, Financial Management studies, Impact assessment, Risk Management, Financial forecasting & Budgeting, Fraud detecting and field of Valuation.

Before forming his consultancy, he held the position of Divisional Head-Accounts with Dish TV India Limited a DTH Company under Zee group. He held this position for about 11 years.
